Duties:
As a Sales Solutions Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing technical, application, and sales process support to our territory sales managers (TSMs). Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Acting as a mentor to TSMs, guiding them through organizational transitions and enhancing their effectiveness (30%).
  2. Empowering the sales team by reinforcing sales methodologies, facilitating application identification, and promoting cross-selling opportunities. You will also be responsible for creating monthly reports on key performance indicators, forecasts, and business activities to drive sales performance (20%).
  3. Ensuring full engagement with the Fortive Business System (FBS) by reinforcing daily value management and decision-making processes, activity tracking, and customer relationship management (CRM) standards (12%).
  4. Educating team members on effective "Land-n-Expand" strategies, techniques, and best practices, while conducting application coaching to enhance relevant questioning techniques and product positioning.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise to drive sales success and foster a collaborative environment within the team. Your contributions will be vital in shaping the sales landscape and achieving organizational goals.
