Role and Responsibilities:
As a Field Sales Consultant, you will be pivotal in driving our sales growth. Your focus will be on cultivating relationships, engaging with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and delivering customized solutions.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Client Interaction:

    Conduct comprehensive evaluations of client properties, including attics and crawl spaces, and offer innovative, customized solutions to meet their unique needs.

    Establish rapport with clients and guide them through the various package options using effective communication skills.
    Lead clients through the complete sales process, from presenting and clarifying the proposed solutions/quotes to successfully finalizing the agreement.
    Address client inquiries, concerns, and follow-up requirements related to sold projects.
  2. Project Coordination:

    Provide precise project estimates and detailed inspection reports to the operations team promptly.
    Collaborate with team leaders to review ongoing projects, ensuring accurate and complete project information for smooth job execution.

  3. Sales Team Collaboration:

    Participate in daily sales meetings to strategize with colleagues and managers, share best practices, and support one another in achieving sales goals.

    Exchange industry insights, sales strategies, and client feedback to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team.
  4. Business Development (Optional):

    Represent the company at industry events to showcase our services, generate leads, and broaden the client base.
    Build and maintain a network of strategic partners to create potential client opportunities and enhance business prospects.

You should be able to:

  • Safely utilize an extension ladder within the manufacturer's weight limit.
  • Access confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics with openings ranging from 16*22 inches to 22*30 inches.
  • Climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl in those confined spaces while measuring and photographing during an inspection (typically lasting 30-45 minutes).
  • Be willing to work in various weather conditions (potentially exceeding 104F).

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and perform job duties safely with or without accommodations.

Qualifications:
To succeed, you must possess:

  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
