This is a full-time, ongoing position that plays a crucial role in achieving the sales objectives of our organization.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving success in ticket sales.
  • Engage in the sale of new season tickets, group packages, and mini plans through both cold calling and in-person interactions.
  • Focus sales efforts on targeted community segments to maximize outreach.
  • Identify and cultivate new customer relationships while qualifying leads.
  • Maintain high standards in personal sales performance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients.
  • Represent the ticket sales department at external events as necessary.
  • Build and nurture relationships with current clients to generate referral leads.
  • Innovate strategies to enhance attendance and engagement.
  • Complete weekly sales reports and act as a liaison for ticket holders.
  • Perform additional tasks as required by the organization.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proven track record and passion for sales.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ambitious sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
  • Effective in both independent and collaborative work settings.
