Position Overview:

AEG is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic sales professional to join our ticket sales team. This role is essential in driving ticket sales for our events and ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging potential customers to sell season tickets, group packages, and hospitality options. This is a full-time, year-round position that requires a proactive approach to sales through various channels, including cold outreach and face-to-face interactions.

As a key member of the sales department, you will be expected to achieve defined sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis. Additionally, you will oversee specific areas during events, tailored to your interests and expertise.


Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a strong desire and commitment to excel in ticket sales for AEG.
- Actively sell new season tickets, group packages, and hospitality options through cold calls and in-person meetings.
- Focus sales efforts on targeted demographics within the community.
- Identify and qualify new leads while nurturing existing client relationships.
- Maintain high standards in personal sales performance and customer service.
- Represent the organization at external events and ticket sales tables as required.
- Innovate and implement strategies to enhance attendance and engagement.
- Complete weekly sales reports and act as a liaison for ticket holders.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as needed within the organization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven track record in sales with a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ambitious sales goals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and business acumen.
