Position Overview:

Nissan of Everett is seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Operations Manager to lead our sales team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the sales operations and contribute to our revenue enhancement efforts. Primary Duties:
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach to final agreement
  • Offer mentorship and assistance to the sales personnel
  • Formulate and implement sales initiatives to boost revenue
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Educate and inspire the sales team to meet performance targets
  • Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a sales management role
  • Successful history of achieving sales objectives
  • Experience in finance, especially in Secondary Finance
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Expertise in recruiting, training, and motivating sales teams
  • Familiarity with the Nissan brand is a plus
  • Comprehensive understanding of the pre-owned vehicle sector
  • Knowledge of CRM/V-Auto/CDK systems is beneficial
