Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Intrepid Studios. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Policies and Procedures: Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with company objectives and values.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster a positive work culture that supports collaboration and creativity, and address employee concerns and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Develop and implement strategies for sourcing and attracting top talent, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills, and facilitate professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience in human resources as a generalist, business partner, or other relevant experience.
  • Must have completed either an undergraduate or post-graduate degree in Human Resources Management and be working toward or have obtained a designation as an SHRM Certified Professional.
  • Human Resources experience in the entertainment or creative industry is an asset.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with all levels within the organization.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite, with the ability to develop reports in Excel and PowerPoint presentations.
