As a strategic partner to our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR programs that drive business results and support our company's mission to improve people's lives through RNA therapeutics.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition and retention efforts, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve processes
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a management role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR programs
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of current best practices in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations
- Competitive salary range: $200,000-220,000
