Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives
  • Lead talent acquisition and retention efforts, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve processes
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a management role
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR programs
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry is required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of current best practices in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations
