About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist/Front Desk professional to join our team at Canon Solutions America, Inc. in New York. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and internal stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and professional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, taking messages, and scheduling conference rooms.
  • Enter data into computer systems, maintain accurate records, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Respond to customer needs and requests, accept deliveries, and set up food and beverages for meetings.
  • May also be responsible for copy/binding/copier maintenance, shipping/receiving, and other related tasks.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer service, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, and have basic computer skills and technical knowledge.

HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus less than one year of related experience. Ability to work OT as needed and lift up to 50lbs. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary for occasional travel between client locations.
