Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and cultivate relationships with accounts in designated regions to establish long-term partnerships with clients.
2. Schedule and conduct field training sessions with our customers and their staff.
3. Act as the primary contact for identifying account needs and delivering exceptional support to clients by coordinating with internal Millennium Health stakeholders.

Qualifications:
1. BA or BS Degree from an accredited four-year university.
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in account management, customer support, or field-based roles.
3. Exceptional relationship-building abilities and a strong customer service orientation with a high level of responsiveness.
4. Experience in a healthcare environment is advantageous.
5. Strong ethics and integrity.
6. Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and proficiency in utilizing various technology platforms while on the road.
7. Clean driving record and capability to maintain a home office.
8. Commitment to adhering to HIPAA, confidentiality, and compliance policies, procedures, and standards.
9. Ability to ensure compliance with administrative, physical, and technical cybersecurity controls.
