Job Description

Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Kagome Inc. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing profitable sales with new and existing accounts in the US. Your focus will include B2B and B2B2C channels, providing outstanding customer service to contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and grow existing accounts through line extensions and account penetration.
  • Target and prioritize to ensure alignment with Kagome's goals and strategies.
  • Follow Sales Process and Prospecting Process to reach and close Kagome's top 10-20 prospects.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to create and manage effective strategy and business plans.
  • Possess a self-motivated and ongoing focus on education and training of company products, capabilities, procedures, and operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business and/or Food Science with emphasis in Business or Marketing, Economics, Public Relations, or equivalent.
  • 5-10 years minimum of successful B2B, B2C, and B2B2C sales experience.
  • Able to integrate written and verbal skills into the sales process.
  • Effectively utilize Salesforce and other systems of business management.

Work Environment:

Travel 40% to 50% of the time by plane and car. Remainder of time in home-based office. Ability to plan work and travel to maximize results.

Special Equipment Used:

Presentation aids for shows, sales meetings, and sales calls. Computer, printer, projectors, phone. Kitchen equipment.
