Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Performance Manager to lead our sales efforts in the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving revenue growth, building relationships with customers, and delivering quality service.

The successful candidate will report to the Business Development Manager and be responsible for all sales-related activities within the region. This includes developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years' experience in Oil & Gas sales, preferably in valve automation. An engineering degree or technical diploma is an asset, as well as strong existing business relations with customers in target industries at a senior management level.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve market share
  • Managing customer relationships to build trust and loyalty
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

You will also be expected to maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise in engineered product sales, including the Marcellus Basin Energy sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience
