Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Preventive Maintenance Account Manager to drive business growth within assigned markets and territories. This role offers the chance to develop and execute a strategic annual booking plan, working with approved pricing standards.

The primary goal of this role is to proactively engage with decision-makers and CFOs to showcase how our tailored energy solutions can significantly reduce costs related to building mechanical systems. By leveraging our proven sales process, the ideal candidate will create lasting, trust-based relationships with clients, demonstrating value beyond just price.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and develop new prospects within your assigned market and territory. Consistently follow up on leads to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Sales Process Management: Schedule appointments, conduct qualifying calls, and manage the sales cycle to successfully close deals using our tailored sales approach.
  • Client Engagement: Prepare clear, professional reports, proposals, and booking packages for executive-level presentations to highlight value and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong working relationships within our organization to maximize collaborative opportunities.
  • Energy Spend Analysis: Provide customers with insightful energy spend analysis to showcase the value our services bring to their operations.
  • Customer Retention: Perform quarterly in-person visits to maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring their needs are met and identifying additional service opportunities.
  • Sales Reporting: Regularly update the Sales Manager on your sales activities, progress, and achievements.

Salary: $65,000 to $75,000 base pay PLUS COMMISSIONS. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including car allowance and a supportive and growth-oriented environment where your career development is a priority.
