Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Extensive experience in surgical sales, particularly within cardiac, hepatic, or general surgical domains.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and sell to C-Suite level executives and GPOs.
- A consistent professional history that reflects stability and success in previous roles.
- A creative and dynamic thinker capable of influencing change in surgical practices.
You will be part of a division known for its entrepreneurial spirit but with the foundation of an established business presence in the market for nearly a decade. As a member of our team, you will be contributing to a territory that ranks within the top five for gross revenue, with a product portfolio that is expanding and highly respected in the surgical field.
Compensation: A competitive base salary of $110k with an on-target earnings of $220k, plus an aggressive commission overage plan. A 4-month commission guarantee to support your transition. A monthly car allowance of $625, with gas and mileage expenses covered. A comprehensive benefits package that supports your well-being.
