Industrial Sales Territory Manager

We are seeking a goal-oriented and strategic sales professional to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager for Industrial Sales. As a seasoned sales representative, you will be responsible for leading a team to achieve quarterly and annual goals, managing trade show contacts, prospecting for new customers, and maintaining established clients.
Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth in the OH, PA, and WV regions. You will work closely with our engineering department to develop custom applications within your territory and have the support of headquarters while enjoying the freedom to pursue your goals in your home office and the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Manage trade show contacts to generate sales growth
- Prospect for new customers and maintain existing relationships
- Collaborate with the engineering department on custom applications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of work experience
- Minimum 3 years of field sales experience
- Proficient in personal computer use and various software applications
- Self-motivated with minimal direction required
- Cognitive reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Mechanical aptitude and above-average verbal and written communication skills
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
