About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Development Manager to join our team at Reckitt. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals in your designated territory.

In this role, you will leverage your exceptional communication skills and product knowledge to promote our Enfamil allergy portfolio and achieve sales targets. Your ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies will be crucial to your success.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans that align with company objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH PHYSICIANS, M.D. OFFICE STAFF, AND OTHER KEY DECISION MAKERS IN THE HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY.
  • Utilize clinical data and market research to inform sales decisions and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales promotions, product launches, and other initiatives.
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.
The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., life sciences, nursing, communications).
  • Previous experience in field sales or a related industry, preferably in pharmaceuticals or nutritional sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
