Job Description

Job Summary:


The Ormco Territory Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales within assigned territories by leading business development activities. This includes identifying opportunities to increase sales of core products and solutions within the Ormco portfolio. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for customers, building and maintaining strong relationships with orthodontists and their teams.



Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Business Development: The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets within their territory.



  • Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with orthodontists and their teams, understanding their clinical and business needs.



  • Product Knowledge and Support: Stay up-to-date with Ormco's latest products and solutions, providing expert support to customers and identifying opportunities to increase sales.



  • Territory Analysis and Planning: Conduct regular territory analysis to identify sales opportunities and develop effective business plans to achieve sales targets.



  • Communication and Reporting: Maintain open communication with customers, providing timely responses to their requests and needs. Regularly report sales performance and territory analysis to management.





Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.



  • Experience: 5+ years of related industry experience, including customer relationship and account management in the orthodontic industry.



  • Travel: Ability to travel 30% overnight, with a car allowance and mileage reimbursement provided.





Territory

The Territory Sales Manager will cover the West PA and Southeast Ohio region, with a preference for candidates living in Pittsburgh, PA.
