We are looking for a Sales Manager - Multi-Tenant Buildings to join our team at energyGuard. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth and promoting our products and services to building owners, managers, and contractors in the greater Buffalo, New York area.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to target multi-tenant buildings and housing authorities in the greater Buffalo area.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including building owners, managers, and contractors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase energyGuard's solutions.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, preferably selling energy solutions into the commercial building industry.
- A proven track record of success in sales, with a strong focus on customer relationships and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum.
