About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Field Sales Expert to join our team at Rewards Network. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building relationships with local restaurants, and expanding our brand presence in the Buffalo/Rochester, NY territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects through cold calling, social media prospecting, and in-person meetings to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with new and existing leads by interacting with prospective clients and generating great first impressions.
  • Collaborate with account managers and internal revenue operations to ensure individual and company goals are met.

Requirements

  • 25-30 door pulls per day and a structured methodology for acquiring new business, territory planning, and pipeline management.
  • 2+ years of sales experience is required; experience cold-calling businesses with a need for financial and marketing services products preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and team environment.
What We Offer
  • A competitive base salary: $70,000-$75,000 USD, uncapped monthly commission, and eligibility for additional prizes for winners of sales contests and annual President's Club.
