Key Responsibilities

  • Establish connections and create loyal customers. Assist clients in choosing a vehicle by actively engaging with them and attentively listening to their needs.
  • Become a product specialist. Understand the details of our offerings, optional features, and the latest technological advancements.
  • Conduct professional and high-quality demonstrations of both new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure ongoing referral business.
  • Develop skills to address objections and excel in sales scenarios.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding goals, planned activities, evaluations, and assessments.
  • Bring enthusiasm and a positive mindset to work each day.
Qualifications
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Eager to quickly learn about new products and their features.
  • Excellent communication skills with customers.
  • Professional appearance and grooming.
  • Acceptable driving record in accordance with dealership standards.
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and motor vehicle record review.
