We are currently looking for a skilled Warranty Clerk who possesses strong customer service and leadership abilities, along with a positive mindset.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing manufacturer warranty claims and accurately posting service invoices.
  • Reviewing, validating, and processing vehicle warranty repair claims, ensuring timely payment from manufacturers.
  • Gathering and confirming all necessary information for each claim to comply with manufacturer requirements.
  • Supporting the Service Manager with daily service operations, including customer invoice management.
  • Providing administrative assistance within the dealership by collaborating with the service manager, technicians, and service advisors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience as a warranty administrator.
  • Professional demeanor and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A minimum of five years of automotive service experience in a dealership setting.
