We are currently in search of a skilled Warranty Clerk who possesses outstanding customer service abilities, leadership qualities, and a positive attitude.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing and processing manufacturer warranty claims along with service invoice postings.
  • Verifying and processing vehicle warranty repair claims while ensuring timely payment from manufacturers.
  • Gathering and confirming all necessary information for each claim to adhere to manufacturer requirements.
  • Supporting the Service Manager with daily service operations, including customer invoice management.
  • Providing administrative assistance within the dealership by collaborating with service managers, technicians, and service advisors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience as a warranty administrator.
  • Professional demeanor and a strong work ethic.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • A minimum of five years of automotive service experience in a dealership environment.
