We are currently in search of a knowledgeable Warranty Specialist who possesses outstanding customer service skills and a positive demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process manufacturer warranty claims while accurately posting service invoices.
  • Review, validate, and handle vehicle warranty repair claims, ensuring timely payment from manufacturers.
  • Guarantee that all necessary information for each claim is provided by the relevant parties to comply with manufacturer requirements.
  • Support the Service Manager with daily operational tasks, including customer invoice management.
  • Provide administrative assistance within the dealership, collaborating with service managers, technicians, and service advisors.
Qualifications:
  • Experience as a warranty administrator.
  • Professional demeanor and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • A minimum of five years of automotive service experience in a dealership environment.
