In this role, you will be pivotal in delivering outstanding service to our customers by conducting maintenance and repairs on their vehicles at their preferred locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • On-Site Services: Travel to customer locations to execute scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on Ford vehicles. Utilize mobile service tools and equipment to provide efficient and high-quality service.
  • Diagnostics and Repairs: Identify and rectify mechanical and electrical issues in line with Ford's specifications. Carry out routine maintenance tasks and inspections.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their inquiries and providing clear explanations of the services performed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of all services rendered, including parts utilized and time allocated for each task. Keep detailed records of vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all work adheres to high-quality standards and complies with manufacturer and dealership protocols. Conduct post-service evaluations to confirm the effectiveness of repairs.
Qualifications:
  • Technical Skills: Demonstrated experience as a Mobile Automotive Technician or in a similar capacity. Strong technical abilities in diagnosing and resolving automotive issues, particularly with Ford vehicles.
  • Customer Service Abilities: Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Capability to interact professionally with clients and address their automotive concerns.
  • Self-Driven: Ability to work autonomously and manage time and resources effectively. Proactive in problem-solving and service delivery.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with fellow technicians, service advisors, and dealership personnel to ensure smooth service operations.
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing schedules and work environments.
Certifications Required:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification and/or Ford certifications are advantageous.
