About the Company:

We are seeking a motivated individual with exceptional sales expertise, particularly in the luxury jewelry or timepiece industry, to become a part of our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will represent our prestigious brand and engage with customers in the sale of high-end watches. Your role will also involve fostering strong client relationships and assisting with store operations as needed.


Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed personal sales objectives as established by management while acquiring comprehensive product knowledge
  • Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience
  • Accurately document all customer relationship management (CRM) data in accordance with company protocols
  • Cultivate relationships with both existing and prospective clients
  • Arrange merchandise in alignment with company standards
  • Ensure a professional, clean, and organized work environment
  • Inspect and manage inventory to guarantee cleanliness, correct pricing, and appropriate presentation
  • Assist in maintaining inventory control logs as directed by management
  • Comply with all security and loss prevention policies as outlined by corporate guidelines
  • Provide watch services such as resizing and battery replacements as necessary
