Pacific Power Group is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our power generation division.

Job Summary:

In the capacity of Sales Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to assist the Power Generation Sales Team with various administrative functions.

You will collaborate closely with teams across all company regions and territories.

This role is crucial in supporting the sales team and ensuring that our sales operations are efficient and effective.

Your exceptional communication and organizational abilities will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and fostering strong relationships.

This position offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals at the start of their careers, with the potential to advance from Sales Coordinator to an inside sales role, ultimately progressing to outside sales responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review multiple online plan centers daily for company scope.
  • Prepare bid folders, download construction documents, and monitor plan center sites for future addenda.
  • Manage passwords for all online plan centers.
  • Create Opportunities in CRM for all potential projects.
  • Prepare substitution requests and submit to architect/engineer.
  • Maintain CRM Program – close old quotes & opportunities, enter new accounts as needed.
  • Keep budget pricing spreadsheets updated for the sales team.
  • Download product documents from Partner program.
  • Facilitate turnover process between sales and project management.
  • Update CRM at project turnover to ensure accurate labeling for project management and accounting.
  • Push quotes from CRM to Sales System and ERP.
  • Set up OE and SROs upon project turnover.
  • Create all submittal Purchase orders.
  • Create new project management folders and transfer data from sales folders at turnover.
  • Update projects in IPAS monthly.
  • Run weekly and monthly reports from CRM for Sales Director.
  • Send specifications to vendors for quotes as needed.
  • Create quotes in CRM as required.
  • Interface with vendors, customers, and freight carriers.
  • Provide project coordinator support/back-up.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with others.

Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude.

Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to providing a positive experience for internal/external customers.

Experience/Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent with relevant work experience.

Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Outlook and Excel.

College degree in business/marketing or a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales support, administration, or coordination.
