Position Overview:

We are seeking a Mid-Market Sales Executive to become a vital part of Procore Technologies' Sales division.

In this role, you will leverage your understanding of Procore's offerings, sales strategies, and prospecting methods to engage new mid-sized clients who can benefit from our exceptional project management solutions tailored for the construction sector.

Your primary responsibility will be to acquire new accounts, focusing on revenue growth through product sales to potential leads.

This entails engaging with inbound inquiries, conducting prospecting efforts, qualifying leads, employing solution-based selling techniques, negotiating, and finalizing sales.

Key Responsibilities:
• Timely qualification and follow-up with new prospects from inbound leads generated by marketing or identified through proactive outreach.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and account details within our systems.

• Create and implement strategic prospecting plans for territory development to foster relationships and generate opportunities.

• Conduct thorough research on accounts, identify key stakeholders, generate interest, and execute discovery calls to align business needs with Procore's advantages.

• Keep precise and current sales forecasts; provide management with reports on sales activities and project statuses as needed.

• Enhance knowledge of key competitors to effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Cultivate repeat business, referrals, and testimonials by understanding the unique needs of your prospects.

Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of proven success in software sales, ideally in a B2B environment.

• Familiarity with a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach is desirable.

• Demonstrated success in both inside and outside sales models.

• Strong communication skills via phone and email with clients.

• Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic sales environment.

• Ability to establish trusted relationships with clients.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools.

• Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems is a plus.

• Proven capability to build and manage a sales pipeline and forecasting.
