We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SMB Account Executive to join our team at Procore Technologies. As an SMB Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and engaging with small to medium-sized business (SMB) clients to provide them with tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound sales activities to identify and engage with SMB clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of SMB customers' needs, pain points, and objectives to tailor Procore's solutions effectively.
- Proactively reach out to potential SMB clients to present Procore's value proposition and product offerings.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with SMB clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales & Success, Marketing, and Product, to optimize the sales process and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including monthly quotas and conversion rates.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using our CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments to effectively position Procore in the SMB market segment.
- A proven track record of success in outbound sales or account management roles, preferably in a B2B or SMB-focused environment.
- Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM and outreach software (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach IO, Sales Navigator and Gong).
- Prior experience in the tech industry, SaaS sales, or working with SMB clients is a plus.
