Key Responsibilities- Promote and build the BEGA Furniture brand in your assigned territory.
- Develop new sales opportunities, drive specification development, close sales, and increase local market share.
- Nurture and maintain existing relationships while driving new customer acquisition.
- Build trust and confidence with all relevant customers through world-class support and service.
- Provide local project management support from awareness and specification through installation and post-sales.
- Successful completion of a BS/BA degree in sales, marketing, business, engineering, or a relevant field.
- 3+ years' experience in the construction industry, outdoor furniture industry, and/or related sales and marketing activities.
- Candidates with professional training, industry certifications, and/or advanced degrees are preferred.
- Demonstrates a deep working knowledge of the construction industry, furniture industry, lighting industry, and/or their channels to market.
- Must have strong problem-solving skills, an analytical approach to all tasks, a critical-thinking mindset, and the 'entrepreneurial spirit'.
- Must be self-motivated and capable of handling a remote work environment.
- Must have the capacity to learn and navigate software programs, digital systems, and business systems quickly.
- Long-term success should result in an established local revenue stream consistently meeting and exceeding targeted goals.
- High-impact presenter with proven product knowledge, storytelling, and solution-selling ability.
- Champion of world-class service and project management.
- Demonstrates a high standard of work ethic, professionalism, punctuality, and reliability at all times.

- Required to be remotely located in the Northeast United States with a strong preference for New York City.
- Regular time in territory for your assigned territory will be necessary (up to 70%).
- Regular travel outside assigned territory will be necessary (up to 20%).
- Ability to lift and safely handle large-scale furniture samples.
- Ability to safely drive a sprinter van.
$75,000 - $95,000 Annually depending on experience/qualifications reflects the negotiable range for hire. The top of the range is reserved for salary advancement and growth for this position. Discretionary performance-based bonus of $10,000. Schedule F activates at $5M: $2,000 per 1% growth, capped at $50,000/yr.
