Senior Architectural Project Manager

Location: Cleveland, OH

Eligibility: Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Architectural Project Manager to join our dynamic team at KLM Careers. This role involves overseeing a variety of projects within our Architecture sector. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing project workflows, engaging with clients, and supervising project teams and budgets.

Key Qualifications:
  • 7 to 15 years of experience in architectural design and team leadership.
  • Professional Degree in Architecture is mandatory.
  • Must hold a valid Registered Architect license.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and meet critical deadlines.
  • A proactive work ethic with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
  • LEED Green Associate or LEED AP certification is preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; experience with Revit and SketchUp is advantageous.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop preliminary layouts and drawings based on sketches, field investigations, and architect mark-ups.
  • Conduct research and assess existing conditions through fieldwork and documentation.
  • Create detailed sketches for wall sections and other components for working drawings.
  • Collaborate with various disciplines to ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Assist in estimating costs for architectural projects.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and innovative solutions to foster long-term relationships.
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Conduct evaluations of existing conditions and prepare reports for clients as necessary.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required.
  • Experience in architectural design and team leadership.
  • Registered Architect License is required.
