Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
  • EIT certification required, PE license preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in site development engineering
  • Prior management experience preferred
  • Experience throughout all phases of engineering and construction preferred
  • Current, active and advanced AutoCAD Civil 3D experience
  • Current and active use of BIM collaboration tools
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail abilities
  • Ability to multitask and organize for project efficiency
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
