**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our Project Manager and Estimator to analyze and review project proposals and plans, perform takeoffs, and price out projects accordingly.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Review and analyze commercial and residential architectural drawings and specifications
  • Develop project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans, and conferring with management
  • Produce reports, compose correspondence, and draft new contracts
  • Determine project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements, assigning personnel to phases and elements
  • Complete technical studies and prepare cost estimates
  • Participate actively in the planning and execution of projects
  • Assist in the creation of shop drawings using AutoCAD (2D & 3D)

**Requirements**

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
