Job Summary:
Gulf Coast Hotel Management, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Task Force Manager to join our Support Team. As a Task Force Manager, you will be responsible for assisting and supporting hotel properties and staff in various ways, including interim management, hotel coverage, training, new hotel openings, and special projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall operational results of assigned hotels and ensure compliance with company and franchise standards and policies.
- Promote company and franchise values and initiatives.
- Lead a diverse team in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire.
- Travel extensively, up to 90%, and adjust to changing schedules and deployments.
Requirements:
- 1 year of leadership experience.
- Ability to travel 75% of the time.
