Sales Account Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Executive to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of Northern Virginia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with current and potential clients to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base
- Collaborate with our franchise team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans
- Utilize CRM software to manage client relationships and track sales performance
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and best practices
- 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Franchise, restoration, construction, or insurance industry experience a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- $55,000-$65,000 base salary plus commission
