Strategic Account Lead for Conservative Politics

HSP Direct is a leading direct mail fundraising agency seeking a seasoned Account Manager to drive strategic growth and direction for our conservative politics and non-profit advocacy accounts.
As a key member of our team, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, develop annual/election-cycle program strategies, and lead internal account teams to execute fundraising campaigns.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing fundraising strategies to achieve client objectives
- Leading and motivating internal account teams to execute campaigns
- Monitoring progress against goals and anticipating risks to ensure successful outcomes
Qualifications include:
- Passion for conservative politics and causes
- 2+ years' experience in marketing, advertising, fundraising, non-profit, or politics
- Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships with key contacts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
