Full-Time Position
Front Desk/Customer Service/Guest Relations
In this front desk role, your welcoming demeanor will create the first impression for guests arriving at our spa. As a member of our Management Team, you will represent the Woodhouse Day Spa. Your expertise will ensure a premier experience for every visitor. Whether they are purchasing a gift card, scheduling an appointment, or indulging in a luxurious retreat, you will facilitate their experience from start to finish.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Open or close the spa based on your assigned shift.
- Check-in guests for their services and assist with check-out after their appointments.
- Manage our multi-line phone system and schedule services using our Meevo software.
- Promote retail products and series sales.
- Confirm appointments and prepare therapists for their service days.
- Encourage guests to pre-book their next service at check-out.
- Provide amenities to guests as needed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with state and Woodhouse sanitation standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in front desk/customer service and management in a spa, restaurant, or hotel setting.
- Familiarity with scheduling software, such as MEEVO or Zenoti, is preferred.
- Availability to work weekends and evenings, adapting to spa scheduling needs.
- Strong professional communication and excellent customer service skills.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist the Spa Manager with guest relations, staff relations, inventory management, and fostering a positive work atmosphere for staff and a luxurious ambiance for our valued guests.

Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Required Experience:
- Hospitality: 1 year preferred, but not mandatory.
