Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Associate based in Nashville to deliver top-notch support to our valued customers. This position will initially operate remotely, with plans to transition to an in-office environment in the near future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in a comprehensive training program during standard business hours.
  • Manage customer service operations through various channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Act as the representative voice of Belle to our clientele.
  • Coordinate with Belle Technicians in the field to address member inquiries and requests.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, or receptionist roles.
  • Proficient in using personal computers, WiFi, and mobile devices for work purposes.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and patiently with senior citizens over the phone.
  • Demonstrate self-management and accountability in handling work assignments.
  • Possess a positive, energetic, and empathetic demeanor.
  • Experience in startup environments, clinic reception, salon/spa reception, or working with senior citizens is preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
