Serve as the primary contact for all deliveries, ensuring they are received securely and directed to the appropriate individuals.
Oversee the daily office agenda and manage access for both staff and visitors.
Implement health and safety protocols related to COVID-19, including conducting daily health checks.
Co-manage the office communication channels and prepare regular updates to keep staff informed about upcoming events and announcements.
Maintain a tidy reception area that reflects our brand's aesthetic.
Play a vital role in organizing and supporting office events and various projects.
Manage the office lending library.
Assist the Office Manager and Workplace Operations supervisor with weekly catering orders.
Coordinate with the local parking facility and distribute parking permits.
Candidate Profile:
Possess experience in reception, retail, facilities, or similar customer-oriented roles.
Proficient in G Suite and eager to learn new software as needed.
Recognized for exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
A collaborative team player comfortable engaging with individuals across various skill sets.
Exhibit professionalism and reliability in all tasks.
