Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize office operations, including bookkeeping, correspondence, and filing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate jobs, oversee material orders, and maintain customer contact.
  • Maintain accurate daily and weekly reports, providing insights into office operations and customer interactions.
  • Contribute to various projects, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks for efficient bookkeeping.
  • Strong communication skills for customer interactions.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
