About this Role
We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Associate based in Nashville to deliver top-notch support to our valued customers. Initially, this position will allow for remote work, with plans to transition back to an in-office environment in the near future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in a comprehensive training program during standard business hours.
- Manage customer service operations across various channels (e.g., phone, email, chat).
- Act as the representative voice of Belle to our clientele.
- Coordinate with Belle Technicians in the field to address member inquiries and requests.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, or receptionist roles.
- Proficient in using personal computers, WiFi, and mobile devices for work purposes.
- Ability to communicate clearly and patiently with senior citizens over the phone.
- Demonstrate self-management in scheduling and completing work assignments with minimal oversight.
- Possess a positive, energetic, and empathetic demeanor.
- Experience in startup environments, clinic reception, salon/spa reception, or working with senior citizens is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
