Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer

About the Role
The Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer will be a key member of the InsideHigherEd team, responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization. This individual will work closely with senior leadership to integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion into all aspects of the company's operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies to promote a culture of inclusion and respect within the organization.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion into all aspects of the company's operations.
- Provide training and development opportunities to employees on diversity, equity, and inclusion topics.
- Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these areas.
- Build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including employees, customers, and community partners.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as diversity and inclusion, education, or business.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in diversity and inclusion, preferably in a higher education setting.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful diversity and inclusion strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership.
