Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Develop and implement programs to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in research, education, and clinical practice
  • Provide training and education to faculty, staff, and students on diversity, equity, and inclusion

Requirements

  • MD degree
  • ABIM certification or eligibility in Rheumatology
  • Experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion leadership or management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in academic medicine or a related field
  • Experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion education and training
  • Experience in program development and implementation
