About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Senior Manager to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. As a key member of our DEI team, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing our DEI strategy, driving business outcomes, and fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging.

Key Responsibilities
  • DEI Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive DEI strategies that drive business outcomes and advance our company's DEI goals.
  • Network Leadership: Lead and manage our Diversity Affinity Networks, including the LGBTQ+, disability, and women's networks, to drive engagement, retention, and advancement of underrepresented groups.
  • Project Management: Manage complex projects and initiatives that drive DEI outcomes, including data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and program development.
  • Culture Change: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive culture change and promote a culture of inclusion and belonging.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders, business stakeholders, and DEI partners to drive DEI outcomes and advance our company's DEI goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in DEI, strategy consulting, program management, learning and development, or other people-related functions.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior leaders, strong analytical skills, and experience with data analysis and project management.
  • Experience: Demonstrated impact within DEI at the regional/global level, experience with DEI best practices, and experience in change management and project management.
