Practice Track-Associate Dean for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

We are seeking a highly qualified individual to fill the position of Associate Dean for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. This role will play a critical part in advancing the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing's commitment to social justice and health equity.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the School and the larger Penn community.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to advance DEI initiatives and create a more inclusive environment.
- Provide leadership and administrative support for the Office of DEI.
- Develop and manage budgets and resources to support DEI initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to advance DEI goals.
- Terminal degree (PhD or DNP) in a relevant field.
- Postdoctoral training or academic experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
