Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Senior Ranks

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to serve as the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advancing a positive and effective culture of equity, diversity, and inclusion throughout our institution.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of our organization, including faculty, staff, and students.
- Collaborate with departmental leaders to create and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives that align with our institution's goals and objectives.
- Provide training and education to faculty and staff on diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including community organizations and external partners.
- Monitor and analyze diversity and inclusion metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Master's degree in a related field, such as higher education administration, diversity and inclusion, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in diversity and inclusion leadership, preferably in a higher education setting.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and inform strategic decision-making.
