Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Project Coordinator to assist our senior management in achieving our marketing goals. This role requires a hands-on mentality and the ability to manage both daily marketing operations and high-level strategic initiatives.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $55,000

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement Initiatives

Implement client-focused events throughout the year to enhance client relationships.

  • Efficiently execute the client engagement marketing strategy to meet deadlines while adhering to the branding standards set by the Marketing Director.
  • Support the delivery of exceptional client experiences to our existing database.

Campaign and Project Oversight:

New Marketing Initiatives (Print/Digital)

  • Contribute to marketing strategies with a focus on identifying the ideal client.
  • Oversee all social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
  • Manage all marketing communications to keep the team informed of promotions and marketing activities.
  • Assist in business development efforts, including building relationships, coordinating events, and creating marketing materials.
  • Research marketing strategies as required.
  • Participate in weekly marketing strategy meetings to maintain a proactive approach.
  • Delegate tasks effectively, including design and administrative duties to appropriate team members.
  • Support the development of a customer relationship management system based on marketing initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot vendor-related issues.
  • Oversee marketing initiatives for all associated brands.

Visual Content Creation:

Photography:

  • Capture high-quality images for various marketing purposes, including social media and promotional materials.
  • Set up and manage lighting and camera equipment to ensure optimal image quality.
  • Direct subjects as necessary to achieve desired photographic outcomes.

Videography:

  • Plan, shoot, and edit video content for promotional use, social media, and events.
  • Ensure video content aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates the intended message.

Brand Stewardship:

Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.

  • Oversee the design and layout of marketing pieces to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Assist in implementing marketing initiatives to meet deadlines and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to ensure cost-effective vendor management for marketing projects.
  • Manage the setup and maintenance of marketing materials for new agents.
  • Support various marketing campaigns, including targeted mailings.
  • Present concepts, strategies, and creative executions for internal and external communication channels.
  • Exhibit high-level writing and editing skills.
  • Conduct research for new initiatives and assist with proposal development.

Performance Metrics:

Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

  • Effectively coordinate the design of numerous marketing pieces annually.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all business units.
  • Utilize copywriting skills to ensure strong written and verbal communication in all marketing materials.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience with database management.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and composure under pressure.
  • Ensure high-level editing and proofreading of all marketing materials.
  • Manage social media accounts and respond to inquiries.
  • Oversee website content, mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure regular updates.
  • Create engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, and other marketing channels.
  • Support the marketing department in executing campaign plans through various strategies.
  • Consistently meet deadlines for marketing projects.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in creating social media content.
  • Strong skills in photography and video editing.
  • Positive and enthusiastic team player.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Highly creative, motivated, and self-driven.
