Compensation: $35-40 per hour on W2

Job Overview:

The Remediation Project Manager will serve as the primary contact for client communications and account management. This role requires a blend of project management expertise and strong interpersonal skills to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications:

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • At least 4 years of experience in Project Management is mandatory.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • PMI Certification is advantageous.

Technical Proficiencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial, as the role involves significant correspondence.
  • Experience in the medical device sector is preferred.
  • Strong customer service abilities are essential.

Key Abilities:

  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective negotiation and collaboration skills.

Impact and Scope:

  • Errors in this role could lead to increased costs and potential loss of client accounts.

Key Relationships:

  • Collaboration with all internal teams, including senior management.
  • Engagement with contracted field service engineers and project managers.
  • Interaction with customer representatives across various departments.

Planning and Decision-Making:

  • Support senior management with data analysis and preparation.
  • Develop proposals backed by solid reasoning.
  • Supervision is available for escalated issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main liaison between clients and Customer Accounts, managing all communications and approvals.
  • Assist in the creation and upkeep of a Master Schedule for coordinated scheduling.
  • Develop, communicate, and oversee detailed plans with Customer Accounts.
  • Manage resource allocations for account scheduling effectively.
  • Co-manage assigned resources, providing necessary instructions and schedules.
  • Oversee timelines and resource logistics, ensuring effective change management.
  • Coordinate the return of affected devices when necessary.
  • Forecast scheduling targets for Customer Accounts.
  • Document account statuses and maintain quality records.

Program Support:

  • Implement business process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Facilitate training for third-party resources.
  • Monitor KPIs related to resource performance and address underperformance.
  • Review documentation and support project record reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company procedures.
  • Demonstrate strong customer-centric communication skills to minimize customer impact.
  • Proficient use of MS Excel, MS Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Word is expected.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
