MARKETING OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Brand Marketing Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and managing Promotional Review Committee (PRC) meetings, evaluations, and approvals utilizing the Veeva PromoMats platform for designated brands. This position encompasses project management responsibilities, tracking monthly metrics, and adhering to critical deadlines.

This role necessitates close collaboration with regulatory, labeling, legal, medical, and essential business stakeholders involved in PRC-reviewed initiatives. The coordinator will work in partnership with marketing teams, advertising agencies, and fulfillment vendors on assigned projects, specifically focusing on the Terlivaz brands. The position supports the Senior Manager of Marketing Services and is designed for a hybrid work model.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage project timelines, reviews, and approvals for both printed and digital marketing materials.
  • Collaborate effectively with marketing, advertising agencies, and communication departments to ensure timely project execution.
  • Organize PRC meetings, develop meeting agendas, and maintain records for assigned products/projects.
  • Coordinate with external creative teams to ensure deliverables meet company standards.
  • Assist the Director of Marketing Services with various projects and initiatives as required.
  • Ensure promotional materials are accurately prepared for submission to the Regulatory Operations Department for compliance with industry standards.
  • Support initiatives aimed at streamlining processes and continuously seek innovative methods to enhance the PRC workflow across all functional teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, Advertising, English, or a related field is strongly preferred. Relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience:
A minimum of five years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or project management within an agency or similar environment is essential. Experience in the pharmaceutical sector or regulatory-driven marketing is highly advantageous. Familiarity with FDA guidelines and OPDP submissions is critical.

Skills:
Exceptional organizational and planning abilities, along with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficient problem-solving, project management, and decision-making capabilities are necessary. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment is crucial. Must demonstrate the capacity to work collaboratively with diverse personalities and departments at all management levels. Strong attention to detail, adaptability to change, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), Adobe Pro, and Veeva PromoMats are required.
