Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizing schedules for technicians and crew members involved in installation tasks.
  • Overseeing customer service work orders, which includes setting up client accounts, ordering materials, communicating with clients, managing warranty coverage, and handling invoicing.
  • Facilitating effective communication with customers to foster positive relationships.
  • Managing emergency work orders through a rotational on-call system.
  • Coordinating crew members for service and warranty tasks to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Ensuring accountability among internal and external partners regarding project scopes, budgets, and timelines.
  • Collaborating with clients to maintain high standards of project and service quality.
  • Managing reporting on project status using tools such as Oracle, Smartsheet, Salesforce, and customer portals.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in service coordination, particularly in scheduling technicians, invoicing, and managing work orders.
  • Strong communication skills with both vendors and customers.
  • Knowledge of lighting, electrical, and LED project management is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to be flexible and responsive to last-minute requests.
  • Strong multitasking abilities to manage various projects and tasks efficiently.

Additional Information:

  • Compensation: $55,000 to $65,000 based on experience.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday with flexible hours, averaging 40 hours per week.
  • Employment Type: Direct hire with comprehensive benefits.
