Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, AM to 4:30 PM

Compensation: $35-40 per hour on W2

Job Overview:

The Remediation Project Manager will serve as the principal liaison between clients and the Customer Accounts team, ensuring effective communication and coordination of resources and scheduling.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in Project Management
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • PMI Certification is advantageous

Technical Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as the role involves extensive correspondence
  • Experience in the medical device sector is preferred
  • Exceptional customer service abilities are required

Key Competencies:

  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Effective negotiation and collaboration skills

Impact and Scope:

  • Errors in this role could lead to increased costs and time for the company, as well as potential loss of client accounts

Internal and External Relationships:

  • Collaboration with all company colleagues, including senior management
  • Engagement with contracted field service engineers, project managers, and data entry personnel
  • Interaction with customer representatives in hospital management, including materials management and biomedical engineering

Planning and Decision-Making:

  • Assist senior management in decision-making through data analysis and preparation
  • Develop proposals supported by solid rationale
  • Supervision is available for escalated issues

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all communication and approvals regarding resource allocation and account scheduling
  • Support the creation and maintenance of a Master Schedule for coordinated scheduling
  • Manage detailed plans with Customer Accounts
  • Oversee resource allocations for account scheduling
  • Co-manage assigned resources, providing work location, schedule, and instructions
  • Continuously manage timelines and resource logistics, including change management
  • Coordinate the return of affected devices to the company as needed
  • Provide forecasts for Customer Account scheduling targets
  • Document account statuses and maintain quality records

Program Support:

  • Implement business process improvements and automation initiatives
  • Facilitate training for third-party resources
  • Monitor KPIs related to resource performance and address underperformance
  • Review and audit documentation, supporting project record reconciliation
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company procedures
  • Utilize strong customer-centric communication skills to support project completion
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Word
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
