We are looking for a Sales and Service Supervisor (Assistant Community Manager), a true leader in the industry who will oversee our office operations, establish new benchmarks for quality, and guarantee that our residents enjoy a luxurious living experience. The Sales and Service Supervisor (Assistant Community Manager) plays a crucial role in assisting the Community Manager with the development and execution of effective sales and marketing strategies, ensuring consistent and positive customer interactions, and mentoring leasing consultants to meet community objectives. This position leverages leadership skills to foster an exceptional living environment and a top-tier workplace.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Collaborate in setting community sales targets and inspire leasing consultants to reach those objectives.

• Facilitate the leasing of apartment homes; manage and convert prospective leads while providing comprehensive information to residents and potential residents.

• Address and resolve customer service issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of service that fosters customer loyalty and satisfaction.

• Assist in the creation, implementation, and monitoring of initiatives aimed at maximizing revenue, controlling expenses, and enhancing the customer experience within the community.

• Support residents throughout the move-in process, lease renewals, move-out procedures, and resident transfers.

• Conduct market surveys by visiting competitive communities to stay informed about changing market conditions.

• Organize and execute resident activities and events to promote positive community engagement.

• Adhere to all applicable AvalonBay policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, particularly those concerning fair housing.
You possess...

• 1-3 years of experience in multifamily housing or related fields such as hospitality, retail, or food service.

• At least 1 year of supervisory or training experience is required.

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is mandatory; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Proficiency in administrative software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
